PREM PREVIEW: TOP 3 GAMES THIS WEEKEND

Seven games in and it's hard to say who will win the league this year. But this weekend could change that, with numerous season-defining games!

Here are three games set to make or break the teams involved:

EVERTON VS MANCHESTER UNITED - SAT 7TH - 12:30 PM (Live on BT Sport)

Both teams come into this game off the back of a strange and unprecedented start to the season.

Home side Everton, currently sit fourth in the Premier League, three points off league leaders Liverpool, despite no win in their previous three matches.

Since the international break, Everton have only picked up one point out of a possible nine, a shocking return for a team that went into the break top of the table with a 100% winning record.

A 2-2 draw with local Merseyside rivals Liverpool is the best it's got for Ancelotti of late, with the Italian's team having lost their previous two games.

A 2-1 defeat to Newcastle, thanks to a Callum Wilson brace and a 2-0 defeat to Southampton before that, means Everton are quickly sliding down the table.

United on the other hand come into the game in confusing form.

With seven points from a possible 12 in all competitions in their previous four games (before facing Basaksehir in the Champions League), The Red Devils are proving to struggle for consistency.

After a convincing 5-0 triumph over RB Leipzig last week, many thought United would beat Arteta's struggling Arsenal side. However, a clumsy Pogba tackle cost the Manchester team, as they recorded another Premier league loss this season.

So, with both teams looking to bounce back from each of their previous losses, Ole and Ancelotti will both be hoping to get back to winning ways.

LEICESTER VS WOLVES - SUN 8TH - 14:00 PM (Live on Sky Sports)

A top-six clash between two teams who have made the Premier League their hunting ground in recent years.

Both Leicester and Wolves have cemented themselves as top Premier League teams of late, with both sides finishing within the top 10 for the past two seasons.

Leicester come into this slightly edging it form-wise, having beat Leeds 4-1 last time out and Arsenal 1-0 before that.

Wolves however haven't lost in their past four league games, recording three wins and one draw, compared to Leicesters two wins and two losses, meaning Wolves will be hopeful of grabbing all the points.

That said, however, Leicester currently sit four places above their weekend rivals in second place, two points clear of sixth-placed Wolves.

Both teams will be hoping to get all three points this weekend, with Wolves knowing that a win would mean they would leapfrog Leicester and the latter knowing a good result could see them sit top of the league come Sunday evening.

MAN CITY VS LIVERPOOL - SUN 8TH - 16:30 PM (Live on Sky Sports)

This is a clash of the juggernauts. A game that could define both team's chances of winning the league.

Without a shadow of a doubt, these two sides are the best of the best in the Premier League and as recent results have shown, two of Europe's best as well.

However, neither team have shown their complete dominance so far this season, with Man City in 10th place and Liverpool just about sitting in 1st place.

Despite being top of the league, Liverpool's season has been far from solid.

A humiliating 7-2 defeated by Villa, a tightly contested 2-2 draw to rivals Everton and three slim wins against Leeds, West Ham and Sheffield United respectively, has meant Liverpool haven't been the free-scoring team that won the league last season.

Manchester City have faced four of the same teams as Liverpool in their opening seven games this season. Like their weekend opponents, Pep's side only just beat Sheffield United, along with recording another three points against Arsenal.

However, unlike Klopp's champions, The Citizens failed to beat both West Ham and Leeds United, drawing to both 1-1.

It's results like that, that mean Man City sit five points behind Liverpool and also why Guardiola will be hoping to kick start his sides season with a statement against Liverpool this coming Sunday.
