The summer transfer window is one the biggest spectacles in football, as rumours fly around, and fans get excited about the new players that their team could potentially bring in.
But who has actually made the best signing?
Let's take a look at the top three best Premier League signings so far...
3. BOUBACAR KAMARA - Marseille to Aston Villa (Free)
When Boubacar Kamara's contract was set to expire at the end of the 21/22 season, many expected a team in European competition to land the promising French player.
However, Steven Gerrard's Aston Villa swooped in and made an early statement to the Premier League by signing Kamara to a five-year deal.
The Frenchman established himself as one of the best defensive midfielders in France, possibly Europe following his performances for Marseille last season.
A typical ball-winning midfielder, Kamara is also incredibly smart in possession, ranking in the top 25% for ball winning and ball retention out of all midfielders in Europe's top five leagues, being one of ten under-23 players.
A long-term upgrade on Douglas Luiz, who himself is a good player, Kamara will be a welcome addition to Gerrard's side as he looks to push the Villains into the European places.
2. YVES BISSOUMA - Brighton to Tottenham (£25m initial fee)
In an impressive Brighton team, Yves Bissouma stood out clearly as the one most likely to be playing in the Champions League this coming season, and now that is a reality.
With one-year left on his deal, the Seagulls decided to cash in on their star man and Tottenham were more than willing to oblige them, paying £25m for the Malian midfielder.
Bissouma has established himself as one of the best midfielders in the Premier League, with an ability to play through intense presses, and progress play from midfield.
He is also a great dribbler of the ball, using his tall frame to help move play forwards if passing options are not available.
Tottenham want to make Champions League qualification a regular thing, especially under the management of Antonio Conte, and signings like Bissouma will only help boost their top four chances.
1. ERLING HAALAND - Dortmund to Manchester City (£51.2m)
In arguably the best signing of the entire window in general football, Manchester City have strengthened their already incredible team by signing one the best strikers in world football.
Erling Haaland could be seen as the 'missing piece of the puzzle', although a lack of a natural striker has not seemed to hold the Citizens back in recent years.
Activating his £51.2m release clause, the 22-year-old arrives with plenty of pressure on his shoulders, but a team full of creative players ready to feed him chances.
Haaland is an amazing finisher, who outperformed his xG through most of last season, making him the best finisher in the Bundesliga in the 21/22 season.
A typical striker, Haaland will be a huge asset to Manchester City as they look to get their hands on their first ever Champions League.
